Welcome to Tokyo Twist.
My journey in Japanese cooking started at Wasabi, then took me to Sticks'n'Sushi, where I learned all about balancing flavors and beautiful presentation. From there, I had the incredible opportunity to work at Miyako, a five-star Japanese restaurant. It was at Miyako that I truly grew as a chef and developed a deep understanding of the finer points of high-end dining.
After years of experience, I knew it was time to create something of my own. When I found the perfect spot here in Chislehurst, I knew this was the place to bring my vision to life.
Tokyo Twist is a fusion of everything I've learned—traditional Japanese cuisine with a fresh, modern twist. I hope you enjoy the food, the atmosphere, and all the small details we've worked so hard on.
